I have a probably-useless truncated set of messages left from the
hyperterminal session, but copy them here in case anyone's interested:

00:01:45: %PM-4-ERR_DISABLE: channel-misconfig error detected on Po1, putting Ge
00:01:46: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface GigabitEthernet0/1, cn
00:01:46: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Port-channel1, changen
00:01:47: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Port-channel1, changed state to down
00:01:47: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface GigabitEthernet0/1, changed state to down

For some reason, hyperterminal was acting quite wonky while working on
this, and I wasn't able to get good output.
