Hunh?  2004 used WebDAV as well.  It was a crappier implementation, but it
was still WebDAV.

Fun note... Entourage 2004 and 2008, according to a Microsoft usage doc, are
the equivalent of I believe 2 to 4 ONLINE Outlook clients.  Size the server
accordingly.
