Sorry, the owner is now calling stating they are all flying out Monday
and need this fixed before then. Any ideas where to look? I just made
a GP change to force the cache to 40% of the users drive. Not sure why
we can store 30 gig on one for months and then poof most of or all of
the files go poof. This states it will force automatic caching which is
what My Docs Redirection is via GP to not go higher than that amount.

Anything else I can try, we have already reset the CSC cache several
times. I should also state this is on two different laptops, recently
rebuilt as well. Happened once before rebuild and at least one time
after.

Subject: My Docs Redirection

Strange issue, we have a client that has been using 2003 SBS for a
couple of years now, on and off for the past few months they will be
working remotely, OFFLINE, and the contents of the My Docs just poofs
vanishes. All of the data is on the server, and when they come back in
it all syncs back and is fine. Sometimes this works for weeks, months,
other times they lose it several times daily.

XP Pro SP2, they have PGP loaded on them doing whole disk encryption but
that's been there for quite awhile. Its killer when they go overseas
and poof the files go bye bye and they have 25 gigs of data in their My
Docs. I also verified that the laptops have at least 30 or 45 gig free
after a full sync.

If I look in the Offline Store the files are gone. They are not
deleting them, I have watched it happen. This seems to have been a big
issue a few years ago but nothing real recent I have found using
googlefu.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Greg
