Hey Shook, I know HIPAA is involved, though still poorly enforced, for all doctors including surgeons, dentists, optometrists and the like. There are additional requirements or awareness that is needed for offices using wireless networks. Until they actually start strictly enforcing HIPAA I don't know if there will be concrete rules.
