Carl posted over on the Sunbelt Winxp list yesterday about an issue with
Zonealarm and the new patches as a few people were reporting something similar
(no network connection after patching)-here is what he sent:

"OBTW there are issues with Zone Alarm and yesterday's patches causing those
exact symptoms. This is supposed to be the fix:

            Good Morning all

I just received a complaint from a user that she isn't able to log into the
network. As I visited the user desktop she told me that before shut down
yestoday Windows Live update ran. She is running windows XP and connecting to
an AD network.

I am almost positive that a fix caused the issue but I cant track it down
wondering if anyone else is running into this issue this morning.
