It's just their standard abuse@ address - haven't gotten beyond that point
yet.  The IP says it's allocated to Peak10 in Charlotte though.

This guy just won't give up...been attacking me for months (according to the
logs) but hasn't been successful.  I just implemented ThreatSentry and I'm
blocking him outright now, but I would think that Peak10 would want to know
if they have one of their statically assigned clients doing that kind of
activity.
