We are using the enterprise version. Whole Disk Encryption. We have not gone the Universal route. During install you specifiy which accounts have login rights at the boot before it can access the disk. You can do this with AD accts etc as well. Automatically logs them into Windows as well so its single logon.
Works well, no real slow down detected at all.
