You need to see what's in the 'Terminal Server Profile' on the TS server for the user account. Ask them to share or review the settings with you.

It isnt ours but another companies but we need it to work properly for our sake, so here goes. We use an app on that TS that we need to scan into using Remote Scan. The software app is supposed to save the file into its folder in program files but on the TS it saves it to your profile instead. I had them change the perms to give full control to remote desktop users for the apps folder but it still doesnt save there. Could there be some sort of policy on the TS that only allows saving to profiles? Any ideas what I could check?
