OK I will throw my $.02 in here, if you are on the Ground or second floor, you have to have a much more secure access policy. Two years ago one company I know of had part of their data stolen by someone breaking in a Window. Now that is only a Minor case, and as it turned out there was no personal data on the system that was stolen, however if a Data Center is located on the ground floor, there will be personal/sensitive data. Make sure there is no outside access to the area.

If there is not a basement you need to see where the water mains come in as that can be a huge issue.
