Yuck, I can certainly empathize with ya on that MBS, were in the high 90's to low 100's here in Fort Worth, TX and have the humidity also....heat indexes for the next few days reaching 110. I've been doing my running on a treadmill, inside, in the relative cool environment of the YMCA......
