>From someone who has CS and Ninja on dozens of Non profits, Sunbelt has been good to them. Support is still top notch and end users have been very happy with the price point. Its always hard with Non Prof and Charity since its strictly a cost to them with no tax breaks or writeoffs, but when I show them the quality, support and comparisons with other products its usually a no brainer.
