Well, I set them as per the best practice guide, and it does have Dom Admins as well as Creator/Owner set to have access by acl's. Thanks, jlc

Roaming Profiles are having issues though, even though the destination was empty and the GPO specified that Admins were added, when a test user logged on their profile was created w/o error but Domain Admins were to granted rights to it? Any ideas where to look for this? I thought that only happened if the folder existed already?
