Well now that Candee, Tim, and Rod have piped up I now have a MUCH better idea of how this server functions and now have one desktop, one of 2 laptops, with the second due in sometime after 8 am today actually reporting in and giving me information. I know why the remainder of my systems are not reporting but I still don't have a clue as to why the XP systems refuse to accept install of the agents when the Vista machines do. I have one test running on the "missing" laptop that will give me more information on configuration needs when it comes in.
Rod thanks for setting up the SCE forum I will be post a couple of questions on it shortly. Thank you all again for the help and understanding, Jon On Thu, Aug 7, 2008 at 2:57 PM, Candee Vaglica <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Awesome. > Good luck! > > On Thu, Aug 7, 2008 at 2:54 PM, Jon Harris <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Well a restart of the server and I have one machine and only one machine > > reporting most if what I need to get this purchased.
