This keeps a log file of executables approved or disapproved.  It catches 
almost everything.

BTW the term "TSR" has is obsolete in the post-MS-DOS era... Windows has 
drivers and drivers are loaded when Windows NT and its descendents boot.  I'm 
pretty sure ProcessGuard uses a driver to keep track of things.

Is there a tool that will list all the files that are loaded during bootup and 
after.  The tool would have to be a TSR of some sort to capture all of the 
load/run activity.  It would be useful for determining which files on a 
computer are not/are being used.
