Please do follow-up. I use CC with a non-profit in Boston. CC is well recognized, and we do not have filtering issues with them.
CC is great for my org, because it pretty much forces the people using it to keep the list clean and current. They otherwise would not (based on past experiences which forced them to move to CC).
