Wow, willing to take on all of that liability as a Consultant?  I would
definitely sit down with a lawyer that understands HIPPA to see what can
get you in trouble and not.  You also have to consider what you are
going to do if you discover HIPPA violations and the doctor's office
does not want to implement your suggestions.

Personally, I would rather go back to managing a NT 3.51 network with
DEC Pathworks in place...
