HP Firmware and drivers are often tied closely together. So when setting up new boxes, use the latest of each.
HP wont guide you to a Smart Start that won't work with your system. For example if you have an old Proliant, and perhaps the last SS to work with that was 7.10, that's the version they will point you too.
