A nice little utility that helps ferret files out is TreeSize (http://www.jam-software.com/freeware/index.shtml) . The free version works well enough for my purposes.

We have deleted all the uninstall directories, logs, .txt files, and zip files, but need to get some more space. There is a a lot of files in the c:\windows\ directory called rs9_kb932555 and so on. Are these ok to delete or do you know of any files that you normally delete if you run into a space problem. ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~ ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~
