If this is for a personal or non-urgent system, Cherry Systems in Atlanta (Marietta) is pretty cheap. I had to do mine there year and a half ago and it cost $600. The price guarantee was min $300 & max $900 (+- 50, don't remember exact numbers). This is their non-urgent track.
