I have a mix of both VLK and OEM licenses on our Dell's here. A little while ago MS release the XP Pro with SP3 VLK iso, but I haven't purchased a Dell for a little while. Is there anyone here who has, that could tell me if the new Dell OEM XP Pro CD's come with SP3 integrated?
