I know for our HP printers I make it so that the Manual Feed Tray is not available and that fixed it on most of them. For our Konica's I had to set the tray from Auto to our Large Capacity Tray and make the Manual Feed Tray not available. We still have a few that cause us issues but a lot fewer than before.
