Yep, 10k limit is still there but here's some info on that: http://blogs.msdn.com/virtualearth/archive/2008/07/28/overcoming-pushpin-lim itations-in-mappoint-2009.aspx I found a workaround for the pushpins issue on new maps. You can add all the old pushpins to the template that is used to create the maps so then they are included in the file from the beginning but that doesn't help if you have old maps. And since MapPoint references pushpins by index number, your old pushpins may show up in 2009 but using a different image since the index numbers have all changed.
