Remote power cycling

I'm looking for a small power strip, maybe with a couple of outlets on it and a 
network jack so I can plug it into the Internet, access via IP and password 
then cycle the electrical power to  a small Osicom CSU/DSU. Most I've found so 
far are rack mounted $400+ units. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
