Configuring this setting via GPO has no effect on DC's, correct? Since DC's don't have local accounts aren't all domain admins accounts considered "local" as far as this cached credentials GPO is concerned? Kind of hard for a DC to be unavailable to itself, isn't it (saving the proper services being down..)?
