We're looking at changing our online backup vendor at the moment. Currently we deal directly with eVault, but have a couple of issues with them. We're currently looking at service providers for the Asigra backup product, which I was very impressed with during the demo I ran through a bit ago. Seems like the pricing is much lower for the Asigra product, and the management seems easier to me.

Impressive range of protection and encryption options. Expensive. I'd be interested, too, in what others are doing.
