Promote-schmote. You can't control what people may or may not do
under duress, or if even simply having too much of a good time on a
night out.
A *LOT* of younger people use Gmail. To help them control their
ability to not make fools of themselves is a good thing. Its good to
see someone make an effort in this respect. The only thing I have
ever seen prior to this that did a similar thing was an addon for
Thunderbird ("Blunder Delay" was it?). But it was simply a queued
delay - not anything that required a moderately operating mind.
