I know I had the bad DATs as well and that is helping the case with my switching from NOD32 this year. I have moved the NOD32 to its own server to give me the option when it is time to switch. NOD32 sales agent we use still has not given me a budgetary quote but then it has only be 2 weeks since I asked for it. Sunbelt had me one within one day. Sounds to me like NOD32 may not even want to sell to me.
