It's the craziest thing in that I notice when creating other websites on
this server I didn't have this issue. Looking over everthing the only step I
forgot was selecting the ASP version on this initial website. I did add the
.php extension as a MIME type and once I created a new site and selected the
correct ASP version everything appeared normal.
