Professional supports up to 30 phones? It seemed lower to me, when I read the pricing information.

If you are planning on ever deploying more than 30 phones or not in an SBS environment or want MDS, you should always just go with Enterprise on its own box, even if it's just an old used PC. It won't support over 30 BB devices.
