You goto Terminal Server Configuration on the server.
Look at the RDP connector, you can also make multiple connectors listen on multiple nic's so you can have a 'user' rdp that auto runs an app. When that app is quit the ts session closes with it, explorer.exe never even loads so no desktop or anything. Then you can make a management one that listens on a different IP so you can get to a desktop and shadow etc etc. From: Aaron T. Basically, I want the entire window locked down - no Start menu, no Desktop icons, etc. All the users should be able to do is access their Home drive (through the app) and print to network printers. When the TS session is launched, the app should be opened automatically and the TS session should be closed when the app is closed. Anybody got an idea on how to do this?
