I know it can be done for the local calendar, but not sure about a
public folder:

Subject: Public folder as default view in Outlook 2003?

Is it possible to set the default initial view for Outlook to be a
public folder?

Our client has a public folder (calendar) that the management wants
everyone to look at when they first start their computers in the
morning.

TIA for any assistance,

Jim
