Sorry fell free to ignore this rant. What a major bunch of dummies Oracle are! They are as bad as Symantec and CA for buying a good company and running them into the ground! They don't have a clue about customer service only sales and even then they don't want to talk to anyone that is not going to purchase thousands of dollars worth of their product. I just spent the best part of an hour trying to get a license for a product we own and all they want me to do is sit waiting for support calls to move from one country to another and then just hang up on me. I have talked to people in 3 countries and while they actually spoke some English it was VERY heavily accented and we could barely understand one another. I have disliked Oracle for the way it does updates that destroys running applications but now they have raised it to a whole new level.
