I wonder if anyone has those problems with Acrobat versions 8 or 9. If not, maybe that is an indicator that the old technology will always have those issues. Microsoft the god of software hath spoken.

Can't get rid of it :( ________________________________ From: Alex Carroll [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, November 17, 2008 9:21 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: Adobe Acrobat won't convert files to PDF after MS Update I have a single user here that converts a lot of documents into PDF files. Everything was running smoothly until we installed Service Pack 3 on his XP system. Now every time a Microsoft update is run he is unable to convert files to PDF using Adobe Acrobat - it just hangs in the creation process. The temporary fix for this is to delete the Application Date (C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Adobe). This is starting to get rather annoying as our updates are run every Sunday. Has anyone else here encountered this? I have tried looking on the Adobe forums and have found nothing (even googling has failed me!) I have gone as far as granting him local admin rights but this failed as well.
