You'll want to look into adding the Network Policy and Access Services Role to 
get to the RRAS options.

lol I haven't dealt with modems in years.  I wish I could forget them but...... 
 I will have a bunch of laptops in the field that their only way to access 
email is through dial-up back to our office.  :(    It's archaic but cheaper 
than buying each of them a Verizon Air card.

My google-fu is failing me today.  I have all new servers all 2008.  I'm trying 
to find a document on how to setup modem dial-up access with 2008 and have no 
luck.  Has anyone set this up yet on 2008 and have some links on a how to?
