I have a handful of users who working through rdp (2003) seem to randomly
just get disconnected. 

Sometimes when minimized, sometimes while typing the window will just close.
Is there any additional logging I could do, probably on the client? To try
to determine the connectivity issue?

 

We replaced the internet provider on both sides and went with new devices on
each edge already without success. I recently rebuilt the TS (which was just
done in September), Im just not sure where to look next. The users are in
Alabama so I cant just go there and sit onsite.
