I have noticed in the five years I've use Trend's CSM for SMB (now called
Worry Free or something stupid) I have only needed to use Trend's support
once. The product is great. I have implemented Vipre a few places though
and that seems to really rock. However I have needed to use the support a
few times but it is excellent.
