The server is an sbs server so there isn't going to be local accounts. I will check out netshare, thanks

EasyDisk, PGP Netshare, are 2 that come to mind that do this. Netshare I have used and is pretty robust. I saw some encryption programs that appear to do this, and I guess that would be okay but was looking for alternatives. It's a small office and just 2 people need access to this folder/share.
