It's a bit irrelevent, especially as malware was involved, but it appears 
all this happened before Ms. Amero even touched the machine.  Why the &#*@ 
did nobody go after Mr. Napp?  Was no disciplinary even considered against 
the last guy to touch (and presumably the principal user of) the machine?
