SuperMicro makes good server-quality hardware. You can either buy the
chassis+motherboard+other bits separately, or buy barebones machines
from the likes of NewEgg (http://www.newegg.com).

If you buy barebones all you need to do is add CPU, memory and the
storage subsystem.

Aberdeen (http://www.aberdeeninc.com/) is one place that will customize
SuperMicro systems for you. They're not Canadian, though.

Other OEMs to look at: MSI, ASUS, Tyan. In terms of motherboard &
chassis configurations SuperMicro has a bigger selection than all the
others combined. They're the 800lb gorilla in this market.
