Tony Redmond's book and Luckett/Lefkovics/Suneja are the two I recommend most. Both are excellent choices and have updated versions for Exchange 2007 sp1. I agree, both books are excellent resources for us non-MVP types. Oh, and I hear there is another excellent Exchange 2007 book that deals with using OpsMgr coming out real soon now.
