BW Ver: 2009 Citrix: Pres. Server 4.0 running on Win2k3 (OS is patched) BW works in a network setup, ie. the data is on an app server and the we use the remote client setup. No issues here. I finally found a document from Sage that states that BW client does NOT actually get installed on the TS, but the Pervasive engine does. Then I installed the BWProfile app. This still allowed me normal access via an RDP session to get into BW. However, I want to publish BW as an App, and not from a desktop session. When I point to the desktop link that BW creates and I log in as myself accessing the link in my Windows profile. It says "BW failed to start". There are other published apps running just fine. I believe we are eligible for an upgrade to citrix but I don't want to force an upgrade today just to get BW running. Thanks, Jake Gardner TTC Network Administrator Ext. 246

That document is nothing but marketing garbage that says "Citrix is supported" I need technical help in getting it to work. I have the client installed on the server, which works from the console or via an RDP session. It will not work as a published app or link to an app. Thanks, Jake Gardner TTC Network Administrator Ext. 246 ________________________________ From: Webster [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, December 10, 2008 11:17 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: RE: Sage BusinessWorks via Citrix From: Jake Gardner [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Sage BusinessWorks via Citrix Has anyone setup BW on Citrix? http://www.sagebusinessworks.com/pdf/TS_Sys_Req_White_Paper.pdf Webster ***Teletronics Technology Corporation*** This e-mail is confidential and may also be privileged.
