I can't remember the last time I got spam that originated from a GMail
account ... rarely even spoofed from there

Probably nothing.  Gmail is, or has, become the mail account of choice with
spammers.  I run a forum for my wife, and we had to ban registrations from
gmail accounts.  Pity Google does nothing (that I know of) about the abuse.
