Not using roaming profiles, and haven't had a chance to really test
other profiles, as it is really random.  I have even gotten it myself
once or twice since we rolled the new PCs out, which was about a month
ago, or so.

  Does the problem occur for other user profiles on the same
computer(s)?

  Are you using roaming profiles?  If so, does the problem follow the
profile around from computer to computer?

  Determining that will at least tell you (and us) if the problem is
with the user profile, or the computer.
