We may have figured it out by moving a copy of the CSC store directly into the local machine, enabling Offline files and using the 1.1 version to extract the folder. Not sure it will work.

We basically just received a copy of their CSC Store. The laptop that had the data on it was blown away.. The CSCCmd wants to see the Offline File location that it was setup around to extract the data.
