My wife got me one for Xmas! I've been using it steadily since, and worked a full day at the office on it. The device is just fantastic. I took my work laptop and configured the heck out of the theme to optomize for 800x600 display, connected via LogMeIn and worked steadily without many hiccups, and I'm willing to be patient with my solutions when the promise of it is so fantastic.
LogMeIn, RDP and VPN support plus 800x600 resolution, WiFi and Evdo coverage plus an eight hour effective battry life means that from now on, unless I am doing some really intense fieldwork, the laptop is going to stay at home for a while. I'm so ready to really get down to one device (if you count the Redfly as an accessory). I'm signing up as a reseller and preaching the heck out of this solution to the Blackberry and iPhone crowd. I think mobile sales forces will be all over this when it is paired with a serious device like the HTC Diamond Touch. -- Durf On 12/14/08, Rod Trent <[email protected]> wrote: > Been using one since April.
