Template was originally created in Word 2k3.
The template can be opened in Word 2k3. I can't open it in Word 2k7. If it's changed to a document instead of a template, I can open it in Word 2k7. There's nothing odd about the template, it's just a memo template, with a company logo embedded, which is the only recent change to it.
