I can run my ps3 1080p over the HDMI input, but when I hook up the PC over HDCMI it only goes to 1366 x 768. computer resolution and HD resolutions are different somehow, I've never quite understood why a 1080p tv won't do 1920 x 1080. I could be wrong, but a 1080p HDTV is basically like a 1920x1080 monitor or a 720p is 1280x720 that you can't change the resolution on. The "p" vs "i" discussions remind me of the early SVGA days where some monitors were interlaced and other non-interlaced (non-interlaced being the better choice), nowadays we hear "progressive" instead of non-interlaced.
