Oggetto: Remote Desktop Connection in Vista?

Is Remote Desktop Connection available in all versions of Vista?
This link:

<http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-vista/features/remote-desktop-connection.aspx>

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-vista/features/remote-desktop-connection.aspx

Says only in business and ultimate.
However, this link:

<http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-us/help/02ddfbec-7a97-4788-9d54-86f174a95f841033.mspx>

http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-us/help/02ddfbec-7a97-4788-9d54-86f174a95f841033.mspx

Says all editions of Vista.

Can anyone clarify?
Thanks
