I disable these in some 2008 web servers running IIS and ColdFusion.

 

I have no issue.  Does disabling them gain some performance.. I do not know

disabling the following:

 

IPv6

Link-Layer Topology Discovery Mapper I/O Driver

Link-Layer Topology Discovery Responder

 

Looking for any things I might run into if I disable them.
