Win7 cannot be sysprepped. Tried it twice. When it gets to the "Setup is starting services", I instantly get a dialog:
Windows cannot finish configuring the system. To attempt to Resume configuration, restart the computer. Hit OK on the dialog and wait. Eventually Windows will restart and do the same thing over and over and over. Restart all you want, sysprep will not succeed.
